Unterallgäuer Triathlon in Ottobeuren 29.Juni 2019

Heute war ich in Ottobeuren über die Olympische Distanz am Start.
Das Neoverbot hat mich sehr gefreut, das Schwimmen war dann auch OK. Das Rad hat auch gepaßt, auch wenn ich (fahr-)technische Probleme hatte.
Ich bin dann als 3. zum zweiten Wechsel gekommen.
Ab da gings bergab, beim Laufen ging gar nichts. Bin dann als 7. in der Gesamtwertung (und 4. in meiner AK) ins Ziel gekommen…

Das nächste Rennen ist dann eher mein Wetter und dort muß ich auch nicht schnell laufen

Rad: 1:02:18,3 (6.)
Nach Rad: 1:23:37,6 (3.)
Lauf: 0:40:57,8 (33.)
Gesamt: 2:04:35,4 (7./4. AK)
